What we do
We hold six specialised units: plant production, food biotechnology, cosmetics, laboratory tools, biomedical research and the automation of living systems.
Mexican biotechnology group · Demand-validation stage
The technology already runs inside every living organism. Our job is to understand it, test it, and translate only what survives the test.
Status of our claims on this page
This site can be audited.
We do not publish a single capability without stating where it stands. The count below maps, row by row, to the evidence table and to EVIDENCIA.md in the repository.
If something changes status, it changes here and in the document.
In thirty seconds
We hold six specialised units: plant production, food biotechnology, cosmetics, laboratory tools, biomedical research and the automation of living systems.
Growers and micropropagation labs, food and personal-care companies, research groups, technical distributors, and organisations that already have a biological problem and a budget to test it.
First we separate what we know from what we assume. Then we turn the assumption into a test with a success criterion defined before we start.
The six units
Every unit declares its status. None is presented as finished unless it is.
Integrated plant production
Field, greenhouse and laboratory. In-vitro propagation, acclimatisation and plant material selected per species and production system.
Biotechnology for the food industry
Systems to delay oxidation, substitutes for higher-risk inputs, and measurable reduction of microplastic exposure.
Cosmetic biotechnology
Bioactive concepts with a defined route for formulation, stability and sensory evaluation.
Laboratory solutions
Inputs, tools and implementation support for micropropagation workflows.
Biomedical research
Research inspired by biology, aimed at wounds, infections and unresolved medical needs.
Automation of living systems
Sensors, environmental control and automation for home, garden, greenhouse and plantation.
The real status
This is the section that costs us the most and distinguishes us the most. A technical buyer deserves to know where the evidence ends and the intention begins.
The complete table, row by row. It is the same one that governs this page's content.
| Claim | Status | What we have |
|---|---|---|
| We produce plant material in laboratory, greenhouse and field. | Verified | Laboratory protocols and internal production records. |
| We operate a plant tissue-culture laboratory. | Verified | Laboratory manual and in-vitro culture technical documentation. |
| We handle in-vitro propagation and acclimatisation per species. | Verified | Per-species protocols and documented acclimatisation series. |
| We hold six specialised units under a single structure. | Verified | Corporate structure and this documented delivery. |
| Demand willing to pay for our lines exists. | In validation | Conversations with founding organisations, underway. |
| Our protocols are reproducible at commercial scale. | In validation | Under test. Requires repeated runs at scale. |
| We measurably reduce exposure to microplastics. | In validation | Active workstream. No publishable result yet. |
| Cosmetic concepts pass stability and sensory evaluation. | In validation | Validation route defined. No completed studies. |
| We have a product approved by a regulatory authority. | Not built yet | Does not exist. No unit holds sanitary approval to date. |
| We hold third-party certifications. | Not built yet | Does not exist. No external audit performed. |
| Our cosmetic concepts have proven efficacy. | Not built yet | Does not exist. Requires efficacy studies not yet performed. |
| We operate a VERDÉA automation platform in production. | Not built yet | Does not exist. Concept and architecture defined, no product running. |
The full version, with the documentary detail behind each row, lives in EVIDENCIA.md inside this delivery.
The plan
Four phases with a decision gate between each. If the gate does not open, we do not advance: we change course and say so.
Conversations with founding organisations to identify the highest-value problems and discard the ones that are not.
Gate: three problems with stated willingness to pay.
Turn each prioritised problem into an experimental brief with evidence milestones and a success criterion agreed before starting.
Gate: one reproducible result per programme.
Scale what survived the test, with programme architecture, operating controls and a defined commercial route.
Gate: repeatable delivery at a known cost.
Submit to the appropriate regulatory routes only what already holds enough evidence to support a claim.
Gate: complete dossier per jurisdiction.
Living technology
LUCA — the last universal common ancestor — connects every known branch of life. DNA still carries that continuity: an information system able to copy, adapt and diversify.
The opportunity is not to imitate nature superficially. It is to understand mechanisms, test them, and translate only what works.
This diagram is drawn with SVG and is visible without JavaScript. If something here does not show, that is our bug, not your limitation.
A symbiosis that enabled more complex cells.
Captured light turned into living infrastructure.
Plants, fungi and animals as branches, not as steps.
Scientific accuracy
This is a simplified educational diagram, not a timescale and not an exhaustive taxonomic tree. Early evolution also includes horizontal gene transfer and relationships more complex than a single line of descent.
Humans are a recent branch, not the goal of the process.
Engagement routes
Four ways to work with us. None is presented as a closed package, because scope is defined with the problem in front of us.
Exploratory. Nothing on this route is an approved treatment.
Frequently asked questions
We are in a pre-launch demand-validation phase. Plant production exists and operates; the remaining units are in validation or in planning, and each one declares that above.
No. No blanket approval or automatic efficacy is implied. Every concept must earn its evidence through suitable testing, safety work and the regulatory route of its market.
Growers, micropropagation labs, food and personal-care companies, healthcare innovators, research groups and technical distributors that already have an identified problem.
Initial validation focuses on Mexico, followed by North America and Europe, with international collaboration possible from the start.
Terms are shaped with founding organisations. The first conversation adjusts scope, evidence and operating complexity before we propose a starting point.
Let's talk
We use the conversation to understand demand, identify a credible starting point, and decide whether we are the right organisation. If we are not, we will say so.
We will be in touch within one business day. If you prefer to write directly, use the address below.
